To upgrade, you need to call AutoXray customer service at (800) 228 7667. It can be purchased for use use with the EZ-SCAN 5000 & 4000 Scanners only if the Scanner is UPGRADED to the 4.02 software version. This product cannot be used with EZ-SCAN 2000 / CodeScout 1500 products.
